These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the luck10 online gaming platform, operated under an international gaming licence ("luck10", "we", "us", "our"). The platform is accessible at https://luck10.org and includes all games, sports betting markets, casino services, promotional content, payment facilities, customer support channels, and any other services we provide.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the luck10 platform, you ("User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing luck10 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the complete agreement between you and luck10.

luck10 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email or on-site notification where practicable.

Use of the luck10 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on luck10. luck10 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable in our operating jurisdiction. We may request age verification documents at any time and reserve the right to suspend any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or who have been legally restricted from entering into contractual agreements are not eligible to use luck10.

• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on luck10. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion: Persons who have registered for a self-exclusion programme — whether through luck10 or any third-party responsible gaming service — are not permitted to use the platform during the applicable exclusion period.
• luck10 Employees: Current employees, contractors, directors, and agents of luck10 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to wager on the platform.

To access the full range of luck10 services, you must register a player account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. luck10 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify luck10 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• KYC Verification: luck10 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. We may require you to submit identity documents — including a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification — before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
• Account Currency: All luck10 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bonuses are all expressed and processed in PKR.
• Contact Information Updates: You must keep your registered contact information up to date. luck10 accepts no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated contact details held on your account.

luck10 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Allied Bank, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the luck10 cashier at the time of deposit. Players should refer to current cashier information for applicable minimums.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. luck10 does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• No Fees: luck10 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which luck10 accepts no responsibility.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your luck10 account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on banking infrastructure. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following sufficient blockchain confirmations.
• Gambling Funds: You agree to only deposit funds that you can afford to lose. luck10 strongly discourages depositing funds sourced from loans, credit facilities, or borrowed money.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification. luck10 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete and satisfactory.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. luck10 may request confirmation of payment details before processing.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a bonus has been credited to your account, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before the bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Deposit balances not subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time.
• Processing Times: luck10 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving payment provider and is outside luck10's control once the withdrawal has been dispatched.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. luck10 reserves the right to apply additional review processes for withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.
• Right to Refuse: luck10 reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

luck10 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• One Bonus Per Household: One bonus per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method applies unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Refer to individual promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• Bonus Abuse: luck10 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of artificial intelligence or automated betting systems, collusion, or exploitation of system errors.
• Promotional Changes: luck10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are actively participating in a promotion at the time of any change will not be adversely affected by retroactive application of modified terms.

All betting and gaming activity on luck10 is subject to the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: luck10 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including without limitation bets placed on events where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or displayed information, luck10 reserves the right to void affected bets or correct settlement outcomes. luck10 will not honour winnings arising from obvious errors, including but not limited to: incorrect odds significantly deviating from market rates, system malfunctions, or incorrectly published event information.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and connectivity. luck10 is not liable for bets that cannot be placed due to connectivity issues, platform downtime, or technical interruptions on the user's end.
• RNG Certification: All casino games on luck10 use Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently tested and certified for fairness. Game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other player-specific factors.
• Game Disconnection: In the event of a disconnection during a casino game, luck10's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome. luck10 is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures outside our infrastructure.

Users of luck10 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account on the luck10 platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
• Engaging in collusion with other players or conspiring to defraud luck10
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or manifest pricing errors
• Money laundering or using luck10 to facilitate any criminal activity
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming or self-exclusion tools
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards luck10 staff or other players
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access luck10's proprietary software or source code

All content on the luck10 platform — including but not limited to the luck10 name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of luck10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luck10 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any luck10 content without express written authorisation.

luck10 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using luck10 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

luck10 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure and you acknowledge this inherent risk.

luck10 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated service providers, payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law or our licensing obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck10 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the luck10 platform
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the luck10 platform

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, luck10's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your luck10 account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The luck10 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luck10 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content or service provided on the platform.

luck10 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling entirely may apply for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure session time reminders at regular intervals.

luck10 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour, without requiring the player's consent where necessary for their protection.

The luck10 platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.

luck10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so under applicable law or regulatory obligation
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity
• KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction
• An account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• A self-exclusion request has been received and accepted

Upon termination for cause, luck10 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is made without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting luck10 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

luck10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://luck10.org/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Where amendments are material in nature, luck10 will endeavour to provide registered players with reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to their account or via an on-site notification. For non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, and formatting changes — notice may not be provided.

Your continued use of the luck10 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck10 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

luck10 operates an internal complaints resolution process. Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should contact [email protected] with full details of the dispute. luck10 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full resolution within 14 business days.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and luck10 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings.
